There is no E-Test needed for this car because it's over 25 years. It's a matching number car with only 67,500 original miles. It's been repainted in 2005 with it's matching colour paint(Jamaican yellow). This is the first year of production for the Mercury Cougar. They're really rare and hard to find looking good like this one. There is a lot of 1968 and 1969 but very few 1967.
