Vehicle Description
what originally started out as a 1977 911S with a fuel injected 2.7 and 4spd gear box... is now an updated 1990 964 C2 Coupe with a 2.5L high compression motor on carbs with all "S" components.
engine was rebuilt by Chris Kirby, a Porsche Specialist in the Ottawa region. Tranmission is a 5spd gearbox now with new 1st and 2nd gears/dogteeth. the clutch is an "S" disc with "S" flywheel. "S" cams were installed during the complete rebuild. mileage on the car since being rebuilt is 8000km's
Wheels are OEM Porsche 17" Cup wheels that have been refinished and wrapped with Yokahama ES100 tires that are pretty much new.
Interior has new head liner, updated power leather Porsche seats, Porsche embroidered floor mats, 930 steering wheel, upgraded white face gauges and a faceless CD player that keeps a very clean look inside.
Exterior has metal rear flares, aero mirrors, power rear deck lid, clear corner lens
car is very inexpensive to insure because of it's age, despite it's fairly high insurance replacement value (recent appraisal done after engine rebuild)
This is a very tight, fun car. I love it to pieces, however... I don't drive the thing. it's a total garage queen. I didn't even take it out of storage last year because I didn't have time to drive it....
so someone needs to give this a good home.
I don't need to sell it, so lowballers - don't waste yours and my time :)
it doesn't need anything to pass safety. e-test is exempt.
